You may use this site in connection with our products and services. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, attempt to gain access to areas or accounts you are not authorised to use, scrape or bulk-copy its contents, upload anything harmful, or misrepresent who you are.
Quotes, estimates, pricing tools, promotions and product information on this site are provided to help you plan. They are not an offer to contract and are not binding on either of us until we both sign a written agreement. Pricing, product availability, lead times and manufacturer specifications change, and any figure shown here may be superseded.
Measurements you provide, or that we take before a contract is signed, are preliminary. Final quantities and specifications are set by a final field measure carried out after an agreement is in place.
Any promotion is subject to the terms, dates and conditions stated with it, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before a signed agreement.
You may send us photographs, measurements, drawings, plans and project details — for example through Request a Quote, the Plan Submission Portal, a Warranty Request or Trade Partner Registration. By sending them you confirm you have the right to do so, and you permit us to use them to prepare your quote, carry out and document the work, and meet our warranty, insurance and legal obligations.

The text, images, project photography, layouts and logos on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to describe products we supply.
We supply and install products made by third-party manufacturers. Their specifications, certifications, performance ratings and product warranties are theirs, not ours, and are subject to change by them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Any warranty covering your project is set out in the written documents for that project — your signed agreement together with the applicable manufacturer warranty. Nothing on this site adds to, replaces, extends or varies those terms.
Information here about products, energy requirements, permits, rebates or Title 24 compliance is general, may change, and is not advice about your particular property. Confirm requirements with your local building department or a qualified professional before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, California Window & Door is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on information published on it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
