Vinyl, fiberglass and aluminum windows, plus sliding patio doors and glass walls that open a whole side of a room. Every unit is built to your opening, so you get no stock sizes and no filler strips.

Platinum is the highest tier Milgard awards a dealer, and we hold it. On your job it shows up in three places.
We buy at Milgard's top dealer tier, so the same window in the same color and glass package costs less through us than through a smaller dealer. The difference shows up as a lower number on your written quote.
When a line backs up, your order does not sit at the back of the queue. Before season, that counts.
Warranty work goes through our Platinum dealer line into Milgard, so your claim does not start in the general queue. You are not the one chasing it.
Milgard is paying gift cards back on new V400 Tuscany and V300 Trinsic windows and patio doors. Your order has to be placed between September 1 and October 31, 2026.
Ask us about the full-home replacement discount, because it stacks on top of what you see here. Financing runs through Hearth, with no-interest periods of 21 months or more if your credit qualifies.
The stile is the upright piece of frame where two sashes meet, and on a wide opening it is the piece that eats your view. Trinsic and Tuscany are the same quality of window with different amounts of frame around the glass, so pick the one that goes with your house.
Slim frame
Matching sightlines across every window in a room, so you keep more glass in the same hole in the wall. It works on a desert modern house, and anywhere you have a mountain outside.
Shaped frame
A wider frame that throws a shadow line and reads as a proper window. If your house has arches and heavy trim, this is the frame that goes with it.
Milgard is the line we get asked for by name more than any other. A higher series number does not mean a better window, so the right series comes down to your house. Three questions get you most of the way there.

Milgard builds the window in the factory. Everything after that is ours.
Six steps, and you will know where yours sits at every one of them.
People ask how big an opening one of these can fill before it has to be split in two. These are the largest sizes Milgard publishes for its patio doors and its moving glass walls.
| Door or wall | Frame | Largest published size | How it opens |
|---|---|---|---|
| V300 Trinsic patio door | Vinyl | Up to 16 ft wide | Slides on a track |
| A250 patio door | Aluminum | About 6 ft 10 in tall | Slides on a track |
| VX350 wall | Vinyl | 8 ft high, 20 ft wide | Stacks aside or pockets away |
| AX450 wall | Aluminum | 8 ft high, 20 ft wide | Stacks aside or pockets away |
| AX650 wall | Aluminum | 10 ft high | Stacks, pockets, or folds back |
Exact numbers move with the configuration. Milgard publishes a height limit on some of these and a width limit on others, so we check both against your opening before it goes on a drawing.
We warranty our installations for a year and stand behind our work. Typically manufacturers would offer a limited lifetime warranty or 10 year warranty on their products (you would need to refer to each manufacturer for their respective warranties).
On Milgard, the Lifetime Limited Warranty is standard across the lines we carry. Trinsic and Tuscany can add a Full Lifetime Warranty, which is a paid upgrade you have to ask for before the order goes in. If something has to be replaced, our office files the claim and books the repair. You call one number, and it is the same number you called to buy the thing.
Manufacturer photography, browsable. Click any picture and it opens full size, then your arrow keys move you through the set.
Milgard's care guide carries three instructions that matter more on your house here than they do most places. Most warranty trouble we see traces back to one of them.
Blown sand behaves like grit paper. Brush the loose particles off your frames with something soft first, then wash with warm water and a mild detergent.
Hosing the dust off is the instinctive move here, and Milgard prohibits it, along with razor blades, abrasive pads and petroleum-based cleaners. Doing it can void your warranty.
Vacuum the tracks, clear the weep holes at the bottom of your frames with a soft brush, and use a dry silicone spray on sliding tracks. Sliding door rollers are sealed and need no oil. People who oil them anyway make it worse.
Milgard's own brochures, in full. Operating styles, sizes, colors, hardware, glass and grid choices for every series. Take them to your architect, or read them yourself.
The ones that come up in almost every Milgard conversation, answered the way we would answer them at your kitchen table.
No. Milgard builds windows and patio doors, and that is the whole catalog. Your front door is a separate trade with its own lines and its own hardware, and we fit those too, so bring it up when we come out to measure.
The vinyl series generally clear Title 24 on their own, with no consultant involved, and that is one fewer step and one fewer cost on your job. Aluminum works differently. The A250 and the two aluminum walls usually need a consultant to model the whole envelope of your house. We arrange that. It is a real added step the vinyl route avoids.
Usually, and the choice is narrower than you might expect. Vinyl comes in a set list of frame colors, fiberglass adds a few more, and the aluminum lines are anodized finishes only. Send us your HOA color sheet before we order. The committee then takes as long as the committee takes, and that is the one part of your schedule we cannot speed up.
California caps a down payment on home improvement work at 10 percent or $1,000, whichever is less. That is what we take from you. Everything after that follows the work instead of running ahead of it.
Three days, and five if you are 65 or older, because California gives older buyers the longer window. It goes in writing with your contract, and you do not owe anyone a reason.
We do. A permit gets your work inspected and on record with the city, which helps you at resale and on an insurance claim. We file it, book the inspection and hand you the paperwork at the end. The city sets its own fee once it sees the scope of your job, so that piece sits outside your quote.
Compare five things across all three quotes: frame material, glass package, retrofit or full frame, who pulls the permit, and whether the labor warranty is written into your contract. Two quotes can sit a thousand dollars apart and be two different jobs.
Every one of these lines is on the floor in Palm Desert, full size and working, so you can try them before you commit.
Family owned in Palm Desert since 1986. We are a Milgard Platinum Dealer, our license is CSLB #906636, and our own crews are on every job from Palm Springs out to Indio.
